Bobrick 4112 - ClassicSeries Push-Button Liquid Soap Dispenser

Bobrick products are solid and are for the long term. This is the third soap dispenser I am adding to the bathroom. I also have other Bobrick products that I am very pleased with like paper towel dispenser and the trash can paper towel dispenser combo. The soap dispensers are easy to install all one needs is a screwdriver and a level. If one has a commercial bathroom these are the products to have.

Had this on the wall about 3 months and it started leaking down our wall. Also starting to rust. Poor quality! Bobrick tells me it’s most likely the soap I’m using, corroding the stainless steel. Therefore, they won’t honor the warranty. No where on the Amazon listing did it say I’d have to use a particular soap, nor were there warnings in the box it came in. So, let me get this straight... They sold me a soap dispenser that can’t hold up to SOAP any longer than 3 months and they won’t replace it?! BTW, I don’t believe their nonsense about the soap corroding the stainless steel. I think that whatever cheap material the thing is welded with is the culprit. Don’t buy this garbage from this terrible company!

I have used a number of them in my office and they are just easy and seem to last. They have a useful life of about 6 years which is pretty good for this sort of thing. Easy to install and easy to fill.

Great product for commercial use. We have used these in multiple projects and havnt had any problems. Durable stainless construction typical of what you would expect from bobricks commercial projects. Pricing on Amazon is as good as any of our contractor account prices.

Replacement for one in my office that started to leak. Not expensive. Like the style albeit a little plain. Four stars because these units sem to form a little rust right around the fill door. It's not too bad yet it shouldn't be there either. Otherwise high quality and nice finish. I would buy again

We bought 5, and all 5 had a leak. Terrible product.

GC installed 2 of these in a new build. One is fine, the other started to drip then began to leak between the pump valve and the stainless tank (which will stain BTW). Rather than mess with a warranty claim, I bought this one from Amazon. Exact same dispenser. It took me a while to get to the building to replace it. The new one never dripped, just started to LEAK when filled with hand soap. Contacted Bobrick and they reluctantly sent me the tool/wrench (4112-41) to tighten the loose nut inside after some back and forth. Save yourself the trouble find another device. 66% failure rate here, not good.

Fácil de instalar, funciona correctamente. El material se ve durarero. La relación calidad-precio me paece adecuada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente :)
