Just a warning when planning to use these. These are really only for a 30 degree slope. I had a 38 degree slope and they would not work. Plus the dead end button fittings I was using were slightly too big to fit the hole of the angled washer. Trying to drill out the stainless angle washer is real problem, I ruined one drill and dulled several others. I ended up making my own out of hardwood doweling.

The hole is 1/4" diameter. It has to be bored to 3/8" to use with CR27. ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LDZMVB6 ) Need to about 1/2 to 1" to the cable length to accommodate these on both ends of stairs.

Spent 40$ for these. Same brand as the terminal. Says it fits. About 20% did. I would have sent them back but I needed to finish the project and didn’t have time. Ended up having to drill the rest out to fit. Not easy and ruined countless drill bits in the process. Some were unable to be reused. Now I need more. May have to order extras if I can’t find another brand. Really bad quality machining. Ordered some washers too, many of the holes were different sizes and had metal burs that needed extra machining to fix. I don’t recommend this brand at all.

I used these on stair balusters at a 30 degree angle to hold wire railing.
