The difference is night and day. The value is actually good because it's SO flavor packed, you only need a small amount on your food instead of half a pound like you need with the grocery store garbage. Well worth the price, coming from the lips of a person who loves to save money. Ahem. Buy this glorious cheese, you'll never look back. I promise.

This pecorino Romano cheese looks beautiful and has the perfect flavor. It is not too salty. It has a big taste but is not sharp. The texture is smooth but does break apart when a 1 ounce piece is sliced off as it should. Highly recommend this seller and the cheese.
