This was my favorite under-eye serum for several years. It worked прекрасно in preventing wrinkles around my eyes, and I recommended it to everyone I knew. However, the last two times I ordered it from Amazon, the serum arrived with a strange smell. It seemed either expired or improperly stored. I decided to take a risk and applied it around my eyes overnight. The next day my eyelids were extremely itchy, the skin around my eyes became very dry and inflamed, my eyelids were swollen, and the whites of my eyes were red and irritated. It’s very disappointing to see the product quality decline so badly. I don’t even know what to replace this serum with — I liked it so much. I tried to contact the brand to understand the reason for the quality issues: I emailed them twice and messaged them once on Instagram, but they completely ignored me. It’s very disappointing to see such a lack of loyalty and customer care from the brand. I will be looking for an alternative.

Been using this for about a month. No change that I've seen. But my lines are very minor. Absorbs quickly. No scent. Takes a very tiny amount so this will last a long time.

I must admit that I was skeptical but yet hopeful that this might finally be the one that actually worked. So I've used it 3 times since I received it and I actually think I can see a difference in the bags below my eyes. I'm 70 yrs. old and have been trying just about everything I've seen ads for (including those rubbery things you wear under your eyes for about 20-30 mins. With this I just use a tiny bit and it goes a long way so for the price I think that also adds value. I will probably edit this after I've been using it for a couple of months but so far I'm glad to finally have something that actually seems like it's working.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Maybe it’s just me but this product doesn’t really work l. At least not for me anyway.

I am 73 years old and needed something to help my bags under my eyes. So decided to find something that would help do the trick. I have been very happy with your product. And, I ordered more, which I have received.
