They are plastic but a good plastic not a bad flimsy plastic they have a thick feeling to them so they are durable, these are easy to hang very light not difficult to deal with they look great they are very bright & colorful.

These are beautiful. Very bright and worked well for a hands on lesson in my self contained classroom. The kids were able to touch it without ripping it. I will have it for my lessons in Hispanic heritage month next year.

I have yet to use these because they are for a party in a few weeks but I was blown away by the quality. First of all the size is great. They are quite large, therefore they will make a statement. Second of all, they are made from firm felt. I was expecting plastic for some reason and was blown away by this. There will be no issues with them tearing and will withstand wind. I will also be able to use them over and over.
