Great Little Weather Station
I don’t typically go to the trouble to write reviews but I had to for this product. This little weather station is fantastic. The screen is beautiful. Easy to read from all angles and bright enough to see from across the room. Setup was a breeze. I was expecting to have to wait hours for the time and outside weather sensor to calibrate, however the time set itself almost immediately and the temperature indicator started to slowly drop to the outside temp as soon as I hung it up. I read reviews and researched the other 2 popular brands in this category and I’m really pleased I chose this one. The screen isn’t cluttered with a bunch of stuff you don’t need unless you’re the TV weather man. Perfect for my bathroom showing the time, indoor/outdoor humidity and temperature. I’ve had several of these over the years made by its two major competitors and have to say this one outshines both of them for visibility. If I have to gripe about something, I wish the outdoor sensor had a built in hold or loop on the top in order to hang it from a string from an eve or wood deck railing. All it has is a wall hanging hole in the back. Can’t vouch for the long time performance as I just purchased it but at the moment it seems to be accurate giving me readings similar to other temperature/humidity devices I have in the house. I like it so much I’m thinking about the older competitors model I have in the kitchen that still works fine.

My replacement weather station is a boon.
A very nice home weather station. It was time to replace my old weather station that was good for close to 10 years of service. I picked the Newentor as it had moon phases as well as other pertinent information that one looks for in a weather station. It has a very good full color display and it is very accurate in its forecast. The best item is the capability to dim and even turn off the display. It is such a great comfort to have this simple option when ready to turn in for the night. I had to cover my old unit with a black cloth as it was perpetually bright. I am happy with this purchase.

Good though my own device has a flaw
Good: when I ordered this, it was a very good price. Temp and humidity, both inside and outside, agree almost exactly with another instrument I know is good. The important parts of the display (except for barometric pressure) are easy to read. It was easy to unbox and set up. High-low-off backlight is nice (though it can be tricky to get the setting you want to stay on.) Not so good: the user manual is not very good--but the devide is pretty easy to use even so. The user interface is not good--clunky. But that's only an issue when changing something, which isn't needed after it's set up and running. And mine will NOT receive the time signals from WWVB; I have to set the time manually. This is a SERIOUS drawback in my book, but I'd rather live with it than go to the bother of sending the weather station back. The manual says I may live in "a place where time signals are weak," but the watch on my wrist receives it every single night without any trouble, so it's either ineffective or broken. Could be a lot worse. Overall I'm satisfied.

Weather station
The weather station seems to be working great, The screen is very bright Everything is enlarged on the screen so you can read it from across the room.. the only thing that I didn’t like is that you need to plug it in to keep the monitor on if you just use batteries, it goes off

Easy to read.
Nice bright colors easy to read. The only thing that drives me nuts is every once in a while, the screen goes black, and I finally read that is when it's reading the atomic clock or something like that, I've gotten use to it, it last about 5-7 minutes.

Easy to use
Quick and easy to set up (but follow the instructions!) with a bright display and useful info at a glance. Seems like a good value but time will tell.

Good enough for my purposes
October 28, 2021 Ok, I figured out the atomic clock time problem. DST shifts the time by 2 hours, not 1. So, right now, to get it to sync properly while in DST (it will change in a few weeks), I need to turn OFF DST, then make my time zone Mountain even though I live in the Pacific. If I try Pacific time zone, neither DST settings of OFF or ON give me the correct time - it will either be late by an hour or early by an hour. So when the time change happens, I'll just change the time zone instead of dealing with the DST settings. Also, I'm finding the display going blank for 7 minutes at every update annoying. I understand that once it syncs, it won't do that during the daytime hours, but I'm often working when it does it at 1AM, 2AM, 3AM, 4AM, 5AM. So I have just turned off the atomic clock feature. Otherwise, I'm fairly happy with it. I'm ignoring the forecast picture. I just wanted fairly accurate temperatures, humidities, an atomic clock, bright display, readable at night from 12 feet away. I can't use the atomic feature, so a few stars off but I'll keep the unit because I can't be bothered with debugging another unit. The outdoor sensor I happened to get was within 1F accuracy, but the indoor reads too warm by about 3F. Good enough for me, and I just subtract 3F in my head. I'd give 2.5 stars... will just leave it at 3 for now. I only have 1 sensor, so cannot comment on multiple sensor use. Also, cannot really use the other functions well - like dew-point, min/max because the buttons are on the back, but they are there if I need them occassionally. To get something better in those respects, I need to spend at least 5x more. ==== October 26, 2021 Reducing from 5* to 3*. I thought the time had synchronized properly, but it is off an hour. I have [P] timezone and DST Auto/On, but the clock is too fast by 1 hour. Changing to one of the other North American timezones exacerbates the problem. ==== October 26, 2021 I wanted, and it has: - Bright display, fairly large digits - Accuracy is within a few degrees. Good enough. Even putting the remote sensor next to the unit showed about 3 degrees difference between the two. - I found it pretty easy to use - but that's subjective. I'd say don't throw the manual away. - Light weight. Hanging mine from a thumbtack in drywall (from a string knotted in both the hanging holes). - 3 brightness levels, but I use the brightest and like it. Issues: - I wouldn't bother with the alarm feature. I haven't used that, but the buttons are on the back and I already inadvertently changed the timezone when hanging it back on the wall. - The atomic clock receiver is a bit weak. I had to move it to another room to get it to sync. - It was blanking every hour for 7 minutes while trying to sync. If it doesn't sync/calibrate, I think it will still do that overnight at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5AM. I'll find out over the next few nights as I'm often active then, but need to remember to look at it at the top of the hour. - I would like a way to manually calibrate the temp, but meh. - Would be nice to have a center slot to hang it from - it just has 2 with a 4-ish inch separation. I worked around that.

Easily viewable
Very nice weather station, easily viewable. My unit is pretty accurate. A little confusing to set up, had to download a PDF manual as my old eyes can't read these fine print manuals. Only complaint is the manual say the Brightness/snooze button is a button. But it is a touch sensor, no "button"
