Love these cups but they’re a learning curve at first with the pour spout

UPDATE: one week later after excellent results the container is giving errors and not working 😬 how can a $50 container last barely 1 week. Still waiting on a response. The minimum they have to do is at least replace it. 😡 I wasn’t happy with the Willow because I wasn’t getting enough output and the bags were just a waste! Since getting the container, the output has increased and not wasteful and expensive as the bags! I definitely wish it came with the pump and not having to buy separately since it’s an expensive pump already but 🤷♀️

Unfortunately, when my reusable pump container arrived I went on vacation for 10 days and when I got back I tried using it and it gave an "orange" flashing light on my pump after the 1st try. This came defective and I tried to return and replace the item however, I was not allowed even though it was under 2 weeks. Very disappointed in not being able to get in contact with the seller and that I cannot replace a defective pump container even though it's been under 2 weeks. Stay clear! this is a very faulty pump container and seller will not replace.

The container is a lifesaver for those that use the Willow pump and cannot afford the bags. I am a nurse and I use the containers throughout my 12 hour shift. I place in the fridge between uses. Though this is no longer recommended by the CDC due to potential for bacterial growth, I have had not problems and this works best for me. The brushes that come with the pump work well to clean the valve in the container, but not really the rest of the container. I use a different brush I purchased separately for that. There are a lot of awkward places to clean. The pumps will stop pumping when the containers reach about 4.3 ounces, but the containers themselves hold about 6.5 when completely full. If you leave the pump latched to your breast (even if pump is off) it is possible to overflow the container (picture included. I've done this several times). Be mindful that there is an airhole in the top of the pump and if you bend completely at the waist, your milk will spill. Milk does not spill if you squat instead of bend.

Been using this pump for under one month as I just had my son on Valentine’s Day went to use it to stimulate production and the left pump isn’t suctioning anymore 😞 I’ve cleaned repositioned it everything and nothing worked even purchased the containers so I didn’t have to use bags and still nada battery life is okay sucks you have to charge them one at a time it should have a charging dock for both at the same time for the price of these I am highly disappointed containers with bags still leaked and it should auto suction milk during the pumping process to avoid filling being the flange should be at the bottom so those that produce less milk don’t have to deal with spillage in the beginning because it is liquid gold for our babies
