This has helped me to go everyday. Usually other supplements work for a few days. I have ordered more at the discounted price. It is such a relief to have something that works for me especially when taking prescribed iron tablets which cause constipation.

I have suffered with pain in my right side for many years which the qwacks put down to constipation (yes- I did have) and lately IBS (which I dont have!), nothing seemed to help and at times it was very bad like pressure/air in the gut? however, took a punt and tried these gut health gummies, I am CURED at last, and they worked from the first night, and also helped the constipation!. I have tried various live yogurts before and they didnt make any difference now I recommend this to everyone who has this kind of problem and are left to get on with it. I really like that they taste lovely and you can chew them as I hate taking any kind of tablets. Hope they help you too.
