Bought this from Amazon. Great communications from the start re:delivery. Everything went smoothly and the machine is wonderfully quiet. 11kg is a big load capacity. For the money a really good machine. Lovely clean clothes. Being a bigger capacity, Uses more water than my old Logic which was awful (Never buy a Logic washing machine). Efficiency is good. I look at my electric smart meter and there’s hardly any electric usage when it spins or heats water. Connects to my Wi-Fi so I can see how many minutes to go in cycle. Also internet app gives 42 other washing modes for machine. The black looks really glossy and smart. Very happy with purchase.

My uploaded video is the washer doing a final spin with a full load. The washer looks nice, the noise level is low and doesn’t shake when it spins. I installed it myself ( female with some diy skills) and found it easy to install. I put the wash on a 59 min cycle and it reverts to 800 spin but I can change this to 1400 which is great as my previous washer you couldn’t change the spin level. When it has finished its cycle the clothes come out practically dry .. makes me wonder if I actually set it going, which will be great for winter when clothes go in the dryer. Overall very happy with my new washer, the rating is A so hopefully will be good on electric consumption. I paid for the option of my old washer being taken away, 2 guys came to deliver the washer, they were friendly, they unpacked it and took the packaging away, couldn’t fault them at all.

Absolutely in love with my new washer! It was so easy to install, perfect size and genius quality! It’s a very quiet washer even on its fastest spin. And then there’s the hOn app. First thing I did was get the washer set up to my Wi-Fi! So easy and straight forward to do too!! Anyway, the app has soooo many different wash cycles! It took me 20mins to decide what to stick the load on lol! I honestly rate the washer. It’s fantastic value for money, especially with everything it does!

Overall, the washer is good, easy to use and quite quiet. It has a 14, 30 and 44 minute wash option which is great for 40° or less washes. However. Call me old fashioned but I like to wash sheets and towels on a 60° wash. In order to wash 2 bath towels, two hand towels and a tea towel on 60°, the quickest wash would be 5 hours 21 minutes. There is simply no option to do a 60° wash any quicker. There is an "all in" 59 minute wash (this time depends on how heavy the load is, the longest 59' wash so far has been nearly two hours) and the 1400 spin speed has to be selected every single time. The machine doesn't turn itself off, it goes onto standby. It also doesn't rotate the drum at the end of the wash so everything is stuck to the drum. (This is just inviting a black sock to be missed and it will join in the whites wash... ) Little things like this that my old LG machine did are greatly missed, no "favourite program" option with a simple one button select. All in all, I am disappointed with the machine, it has program instructions that are really vague, it does not do a quick 60° and it's default spin is 800. If you are happy having a washing machine on for over 5 hours for a 60° wash, this is the one for you. If you prefer a quicker 60° wash, get an LG. I won't be keeping this machine very long, I'm currently looking at paying a bit more and getting a replacement for my beloved LG which last 15 years. That saying "buy cheap, buy twice" has certainly bit me on the bum this time. I've rated the machine 4 stars as the quick wash/noise/ 1400 spin and drum size are good.

After reading the reviews on Amazon I was very nervous about purchasing this washing machine because of the noise level and the complexity it had. However I still decided to gamble and take a risk of purchasing in Amazon Prime sale. I managed to pick this bargain for £450 The machine works perfectly smooth. The Noise level is loud as any other machines if anything I would say it’s less louder. There are Lots of programs to choose from. The only negative thing I found was that none of the timers are exactly precise for example 14 minutes time takes 22 minutes 30 minutes time takes 39 minutes 44 minutes time takes one hour but it meets all the expectation of a large washing machine for large families. The other positive thing about this washing machine is the Spin cycle can be adjusted temperature can be adjusted. The Wi-Fi feature is also good however you need to make sure that you have Wi-Fi which reachability to your washing machine in order to be connected. I have also tested this feature and it is a good convenient to have. I would strongly recommend this washing machine without any hesitation. This is a brilliant purchase from Amazon.

Far too noisy . I had initially booked a repair as had assumed it must be defective as it was so loud and shakes the house. I arranged a repair however cancelled (as I would be liable for a significant charge if the engineers decided there was not an issue). In hindsight I should have insisted on a visit. Every more strangely is that Amazon still liked this ass repair this reducing my options to do much. Than app is decent when it works but it works so infrequently that you just use default options

Highly recommended washing machine! It has large capacity, the one I purchased 14kg, so that's double the standard washing machine capacity. It has various cycles, that save money on electricity and it's an A rated machine. Nice looking machine, great performance, quiet, spins well which results in much quicker drying time. - Pays for itself!

This gets 5 stars from me. I’ve yet to use all the programs but it’s quiet / efficient and I love the 15 min cycle with 1000rpm spin. Nothing to complain about. Also - the installers were great - turned up on time and were lovely and efficient.
