Where has this stuff been hiding all my life? Goes on easily and produces a real attractive look. Simple to apply with sponge or brush. Can remove mistakes with Bar Keeper's Friend.

Good quality and works really well on all the projects I used them on have them a nice metallic hue I only wish the tube's were bigger

Easy to use and a little goes a long way. Chalk painted a metal tray, put transfers on and used the Rub-N-Buff to high light the details on the tray. Great product and have four color choices....can't go wrong!

Painted a metal container with a lid and used the silver on the ornamental areas that stood out. Turned out beautiful!

I do chemical glass etching. When I want to add some color, I use this product. I put a dab on an old cotton sock, rub it into the etching, wait a minute, and then polish the glass to remove any excess Rub-N-Buff from outside the etching. If you don't wait long enough, the cream smears in the etching. After that happens it is hard to get an even coating. You have to wait for the Rub-N-Buff to completely harden and try again. If you leave it on too long, it becomes very hard to wipe off the smooth part of the glass. The color stays on with hand washing. I wouldn't suggest dishwashers - I suspect the high water temperature will soften it. At least that is what the wisdom of the internet says but I haven't tried it. Some colors cover better than others. Also, as it gets older you have to massage the tubes before using them. Even then, the first squeeze may not work well. That is part of why I apply it to a cotton sock - to see what that particular tube is about.
