Absolutely great, microwave in 45 seconds. A very healthy side course with your favourite meal. Perfect every time...not just plain but nice tomatoey flavour. Great.

A tasty, quick and versatile meal whether served as an accompaniment to meat/fish/vegetables or eaten as a main meal. My sole hope is that the seed oils can be replaced with alternatives in the near future (for better health).

Cost Effective
