Love the crackers and cannot find these in the grocery store anymore. We ordered a case to share with the office and when we opened the box each individual pack has broken crackers inside. Makes for a mess! This is probably a Amazon problem with the handlers just tossing the boxes around.

. There was a Lance manufacturing plant in the small town in Texas that I grew up in. Every Christmas when I worked for the state, they would bring a gift basket, full of Lance crackers, and other things that Lance produced to my office to be shared with the staff. That was super nice of them and I’ve always loved their captains wafers. Much better than any other cracker I’ve ever had. They’re hard to get these days and I’m so glad that Amazon still sells them. They may be crushed a bit, but if you’re gonna put them in soup or something like that, what’s the problem? Otherwise, when I did order this 500 individually wrapped crackers were mostly in good shape. Highly recommended.

The product is the best in the business without a doubt. Only problem is the box the crackers come in was smashed on two ends. This caused several individual packages to contain broken and crumbled crackers. I am not complaining and I am not going to return the product, I just wanted you to be aware of the box they come in is not very protective. All it would take is a drop and it's going to smash the crackers. The person that delivered the crackers handled them with care so it appears it may have happened from the previous shipper. Again love your product and I will use the smashed up crackers on salads and soup. Thank You, Jackie Flatt
