This was recommended by my surgeon and the TENS has been awesome for pain relief, but the EMS has been even better for helping with muscle building through PT. Did have to buy new pads after the first surgery but definitely got my use out of the first surgery.

I had double knee surgery and really needed extra help in getting my muscles moving. This is absolutely a miracle for me. It has 4 matches so that you can use the big ones or the small ones. Most just have small patches but this one offers both, which is great for my thighs. You can set this for light or heavy. This is a must and will help you. The price is more than fair and I love the case it comes in!

Well made, it just didn't work for me.

My husband pulled a muscle. We thought he was going to have to go to doctor. Neighbor suggested we try this. It was great. It really worked. He followed the instructions so he would not injure himself any more. Be sure to do that. It really worked.

For a tens that uses 3 triple a batteries, it packs a punch. Worth the money and does the job with my bad back.
