I recently started taking Nature's Way Alive! Multivitamin Ultra Potency, and I have to say, it's a game-changer in the world of multivitamins. Super!!!! I do feel the difference taking these vitamins versus centrum or versus not taking anything at all. I’ve taken off a week seriously to find out if they mattered and I personally feel they do, but that’s just my opinion. Good stuff great energy not tired and no stomachache thumb thumbs up.

This is the first multivitamin that hasn't made me nauseated. I've tried many over the years. It's something in the B vitamins, I think. But this one is fine. I like the variety and amounts of nutrients in this product. It doesn't OD you on any of the important ones, like the fat soluble vitamins or certain minerals. As for the fruits, veggies and other supplements, I have no idea if they really "do" anything but I don't think they will cause harm. Do your own research online to find out if there may be a reason to avoid any ingredients in this multi. I'd say "check with your doctor" but we all know 99% of them don't know anything about supplements or nutrition. They just aren't taught that. So, try it and see!

I have not found a vitamin that contains all that Alive does. I stopped them for awhile (I cook and feel like I eat pretty well so did not need to take a multi), but I do think they give me more energy than I would normally have. Seller might want to wrap the box because the post office destroyed the box. No one wants crushed pills in the bottle.

A large vitamin, but no bigger than your standard vitamin in my opinion. Smaller than my fish pill. Tastes and smells gross like most vitamins. I don't get an upset stomach from this so long as I take it with some food or a protein shake, so I usually take it around lunch. I have had weight loss surgery, so the vitamin profile fits my needs and makes sure I get everything I might otherwise be missing out on.

I like that these are for men or women, and only one vitamin per day is required. I take an acid reducer, and one of the side effects is malabsorption of some B- vitamins. This contains such a high dose that my vitamin B levels are fine. I switched to Centrum for 3 months, and felt less energy so I have returned to these. Now that I've taken them again for about 4 weeks, my energy levels are back to normal.

I love this vitamin supplement My job is very intense and requires a lot of energy plus I have a toddler who is so quick I'm always running. So my day consists of a 7:30 cup of coffee at breakfast, an 11am cup of coffee with a mid-morning snack, then a multivitamin around 2pm with lunch to energize me the rest of the day. I'm up at 6am and in bed by 11pm and this regimen works well for me. If i miss a day or 2 of taking my supplements my body knows immediately. Would highly recommend. Note: If your daily activities are not as energy intense as mine this supplement may make you feel hyper so you can adjust the dosage to suit your needs (perhaps start off taking half or take it every other day). Some persons have also reported feeling nauseated for the first week or 2 then their body got used to it. I never had any complaints. Guess my body really needed it.

1) Die Pillen wurden mir aus den USA zugeschickt, was ich bei der Bestellung aber nicht wusste 2) Sie wurden vom Zoll abgefangen und ich musste Sie persönlich abholen. Das hätte dann noch mal +19% gekostet 3) Sie wurden aber beschlagnahmt wegen Versoßes gegen das Arzneimittelgesetz und vernichtet 4) Amazon hat den Kaufbetrag nicht voll erstattet mit der Begründung, dass ich gefälligst dafür verantwortlich bin diese illegalen Pillen bestellt zu haben
