Product came to me on time-ish and bright green. The gelatin that comes with the product comes off easy. Make sure to have pleanty of light. If you have a deep tank double the light or it will not grow and spread. I highly suggest this seller. I did not find a single snail egg nor did I get any unwanted guests in my tank. The dish is pretty small but the quality is great. With the grass I would definitely set up the tank will small clumps about as thick as a small straw. Use long tweezers or something similar to make sure to really get it deep into the substrate. Trim the tips so the plant wastes less energy and starts to root faster. I use a thick substrate and lock it in with a sand mixture. This was day 3 but don’t be worried when the plants start shrinking a bit that’s normal. Also if you have a ton of nibblers in your tank try a breader’s net over top for 20 days or so it will give them time to root. Plecos Love to root around the base of the plants which can uproot them and make them float.

I love the quality of the plants, they arrived looking so health and fresh. The only thing I'd like to see more info on is 1) washing the plants to remove the gel, 2) separating the plants without damaging, and 3) knowing how much to separate the plants before planting. This was new to me, and I hope I didn't cause damage by separating them. It was also difficult to tell what a typical "bunch" looked like so to speak, knowing where 1 separate plant was versus the other (due to roots being tangled and bundled so close together. I planted them, they seem to be fine, but it's only been about a week now. Hopefully they will flourish. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star, otherwise it's wonderful. Maybe put a video demonstrating the planting/separating?

Received my Dwarf Hairgrass last week and it looked super healthy upon arrival! I planted it in my tank by separating it into small clumps that naturally separated easily. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase, my giant snail loves to climb on the bunches! Haven’t seen any growth so far but I expect it to take off since it’s so green and healthy. Update: It's now been in my tank for over 6 months and has completely carpeted the area I intended it to carpet. Love it. The only issue is that it's a little difficult to clean from algae, but a couple days with the lights off and a nice tube vacuum keeps it pretty. Highly recommend for a carpeting plant.

Purchased 2 cups of this Dwarf Hairgrass to start a carpet in my new Fluval Spec V. The delivery came 3 days earlier than expected, and the plants were fresh and green. I do only live about an hour away from the shipping location, but there are countless reviews on Greenpro you can find stating the same experience: fast shipping and healthy plants. I also ordered an Anubias Nana as well, which came at the same time in great condition. I was given two, although I only ordered one. Plants are super healthy, with no melting or discoloration at all. Packaged well, with insulation and instructions. This was the first time I purchased live aquarium plants online (or ever), and I’m very happy with my experience. Highly recommend any of Greenpro’s live plants.

It came on time, I took 2 full days before getting around and planting it. That being said it was a full container, very green, with good roots. After cleaning off the gel which I pre soaked with a little of the aquarium water. I was able to very easily make into eight plugs, which I found easier to plant. Still looks good has been in the aquarium for two days now. Fish do like the live plants and so do I. They make a big difference.

Arrived very healthy with a great root system. It was quite a bit less than I expected. The cups are usually pretty full, but I received about 1/4 of the cup this time. Very green and pretty though. I hope it takes off as I needed a bit more for the area I’m doing...

Excellent plant! These idiots seem to appreciate it, and if they're happy, then I'm happy! The plant came packaged nicely with a thermal protective insert and a neat cup. Arrived very green and healthy! The gel was easily rinsed, and the blades separated nicely into little bundles that were easy to plug into my substrate with a pair of tweezers. Hoping this carpets out nicely once everything settles down and gets comfortable! A lot of stringy "runners" in the cup though, not a lot of solid bunches, so that was a bit of a hassle getting separated and I ended up just tossing them, but everything else I'm very happy with and will be ordering again when I set up my 20 long shrimp-only tank :)

Product arrived early and looks perfectly healthy. Gel washes off easily and I didnt find any pests that managed to tag along. Only day 1 of planting, but everything seems great, would highly recommend seller.

Absolutely waste of money! The plant is dead in less than 1 week.
