I bought this after my cat went missing and then finally returned covered in dust and very spooked. We wanted peace of mind to know where she might have been and this has certainly given that. I found it a little tricky to set up and it didn’t work immediately, but once up and running it’s been straight forward and has definitely provide some assurance that my cat is ok. She doesn’t mind having the tracker on her collar in the slightest! So far the battery life is excellent and the accuracy seems pretty good too.

I purchased this as my cat is a wanderer. There was no point. It does not work well. It takes a lifetime to update. It constantly says device not connected. If it does eventually update, it goes backwards to a random date in the past. When it does work, it is relatively accurate. It just rarely rarely works. Customer service are not overly timely in their responses. When the tracker just stopped turning on or working at all, it took days to get a response and then I was told it was water damage. No, no its not. They eventually replaced it, but this one also barely works. They are now offering to cancel my subscription.... which i paid upfront for a year, but with no refund.... make it make sense. It really is not worth the money, no matter how cheap, or how discounted. I do not feel confident at all for my cats safety with this product.

I am disappointed with the accuracy of the location, battery life and non existent customer service over the weekend. I tried to get their advice via phone , live chat and email on the Monday but they appeared to be too busy. I couldn't locate the tracker that my cat Charlie had lost because the location kept changing and the battery was rapidly discharging. I eventually got hold of them on the Tuesday. They were very helpful and patient but I still don't understand how the tracker can travel without being on the cat. I have decided to bear with the issue for a bit longer as I am still within the 2 week trial period.

Very accurate outside, doesn't pin point in the house but that's ok, we live in a normal sized house so I can find our fur baby without it usually, outside however it's great for accuracy, we got it so we could see just how far our four legged baby goes, it has really opened our eyes just how far he goes it tracks his previous movements too and see just where he has been. Battery life isn't too bad needs charging every couple of days, not a problem for us we take his collar off at night so we just charge it every other night when he's in bed, ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, 🤩

My cat snagged her collar on a bush and left her collar behind stationary for a few hours stuck in one location. According to the app the collar magically covered a few miles zig zagging over a quarter mile radius. See the picture. Red dot is where the collar was the whole time. The play sound feature is so quiet that it is absolutely no use. The whole thing is not fit for purpose.The app is very obviously poorly written, buggy and poorly translated from chinese. This product needs a subscription and they wont refund the subscription even though the product doesn't work.

Really poor quality battery, that needs charging every 48 hours which means you need to take the collar off and then my cat goes out without his ID tag and collar . GPS accuracy is not great quite often the location is out by about 30 meters and several times a week it will say it is not connected for anything up to an hour. The advertised monthly subscription is not actually available, you have to buy a years subscription . Customer service only works Monday to Friday . So all in all it's just an expensive gimmick that wasn't worth the money wasted on it. Very disappointed

IT DOES THE JOB WELL WOULD LIKE IT BE A BIT MORE ACCRUTE ITS ALLOWING US TO KEEP TRACK OF ARE CAT .THE BATTERY DOES RUN DOWN QUICK ON THE DEVICE BUT OTHER WISE GOOD FOR THE MONEY

I got the tracker along with two others for my pets. Our garden backs onto fields so we always find that the cat loves a wander and sometimes doesn’t come home for dinner. The trackers are easy to set up and not too bulky for smaller cats like ours. We all have the app on our phones so we can all see at different times where they are and it’s very interesting to see where he gets off to for hours at a time. We have also found that the ‘find device’ setting actually works as a recall tool for him as whenever we press it he appears a few minutes later which has encouraged him to start coming back for dinner each night! I highly recommend safer pet to anyone thinking about it and the customer service is always very helpful if you need them.

Ho provato questo GPS per tanti mesi, anche se dal inizio sono stata poco convinta, ma ho voluto aspettare e darle una possibilità. Però mi sembra molto importante scrivere una recensione, perché so che in tanti, vorremmo essere tranquilli per la sicurezza dei nostri amati gatti. Quindi direi que la posizione è veramente poco precisa .. spesso dava una posizione completamente a caso, perché il gatto era in giardino e mi dava una cosa completamente sbagliata. Per fortuna le mie gatte non si allontanano di casa, perché il GPS proprio inesistente.

Eins Vorweg die drei Sterne bekommt von mir der nette Kundenservice. Die sehr nett und zuvorkommend sind. Zum Produkt kann ich nur vollgenes schreiben da keine Wirkliche Bewertung möglich ist. Der Tracker ist schön leicht und daher auch für kleinere Tiere sicher gut geeignet. Auch die praktische Silikonhülle zum Schutz ist nicht schlecht. Nur leider nützt der beste Tracker nichts wenn er keinen Empfang bekommt und nur Offline ist. Ich selber wollte ihn für unseren kleinen Kater haben da die Geräte von anderen Herstellern etwas zu groß bzw zu schwer sein könnten. Auch das günstige Abo war ein Argument. Nur leider nutz alles nichts wenn es einfach nicht funktioniert trotz der Bemühung des Herstellers . Also alles wieder eingepackt und Retour. Schade. Werde jetzt wohl doch zu einen anderen Anbieter wechseln müssen bzw warten bis der Kleine etwas größer ist.
