Frieling Ultimo 44 oz French Press Brushed Finish

Very pleased with this press. Great coffee, stays hotter longer and super easy to clean. Can’t break it and it looks nice on the counter.

Amazing quality very heavy

Have used a 32 oz glass bodum for years. Perfectly adequate, but only makes max. 3 cups of coffee in one go, and the coffee cools down very quickly. I started a new job across town and needed to have a French press system to deliver me my 2 10oz cups of coffee while getting ready in the AM, and enough for a travel mug on the way to the office. This 40 oz does the trick! Coffee stays hot in the press for about an hour; it helps if you pre-warm the press with hot water before brewing. (...I'm not going to start using a separate coffee carafe...). I'd say the 40oz size is perfect for 2 ppl on the weekends; you get 4 full coffee cups of brew. Well-crafted product, should last a long time. Doesn't drip when pouring, and no issues with the mesh of the press itself. Would definitely buy again.

For a French press keeps coffee warm a long time (but still cools relatively quickly as do all French presses). Solidly built. Like the all-metal construction. I find the filter produces a cleaner brighter brew than our older Bodum. The pot makes just enough coffee for me and my wife—about two large mugs or four smaller mugs. Be careful about overfilling the pot. If the water level goes above the bottom of the spout you will get grinds in your coffee. If you don't overfill, however, you generally don't get grinds.

I used my daughter-in-law's and was so impressed by the quality of the product and the quality of the coffee, that i bought my own. Very happy with this purchase.
