Airaid 450-260 Intake System

Wow. The throttle response is very much improved. I can't speak to any HP gain and too early to tell about any MPG change but worth it alone for the throttle response. Installation was very straight-forward with the only suggestion being that the weatherstripping that goes along the top edge of the box would be easier to install if a small channel was cut around the top and the weatherstripping could lock into that. The parts are of very high quality with the filter especially impressive.

I expected some increased hp and throttle response with a CAI, especially at 40-50 mph... where the benefit really kicks in. I have had CAI on my last 3 cars, and thought I knew what I was buying... The two things I did NOT expect: 1) the fact that instead of kicking in once a while on a rainy day my traction control engages just about every time the turbos spool while I take a corner hard... and now- even with AWD, I can turn off the traction control and spin all 4 tires from a dead stop and while taking a fast corner. 2) My average MPG over the last 2000 miles has been 20.9--- up from 19.7 in the (about) 5000 miles prior- and this is with all the extra heavy pedal work I've been doing in order to hear the growl it added and get the "drifting rush" through corners... Ne pas se fier a l'annonce. Ce produit ne s'installe pas sur le V6 3.5. Il faut absolument le moteur ecoboost. Mais le produit avait l'air d'excellente qualité.

Donne un beau look. Mais je n'ai pas remarquer de changement dans la performance. Un peu pour le son

Over all it was easy to install took about 40 min. Helps with the throttle response and general turbo lag. It is less audible than I had hoped that is the only negative. But you can defenatly hear a difference with the windows down. It feels a little quicker normally and feels great in sport mode. Don't have any actual dyno numbers to support this feeling but from past experience with several other n/a cars and nitrous cars I am normally correct.
