If this worked, i would be buying 20 for my facility and it would solve so many of our problems. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The set up and pairing worked pretty seamless. However, shortly after ( and i do mean shortly after) i paired and tested multiple fobs and they worked perfectly, everything stopped working. Every Fob i paired no longer worked, I might as well have been trying to use a rock or paperclip as a fob. Tried this process multiple times and each time it would yield the same result. I would add/pair a fob, it would work great, i would then wait a minute and nothing would work. What was interesting was that if i were to manually pair a fob, every other fob i had paired before would work again but only for about a minute, then back to not working. I even tried "powering the lock on" like the app asks when you connect your phone to the lock, alas, it still does not work.The app is another story. It works, sort of. Paiting and adding users and tags was very simple, however, i could never see any information i wanted. For example, the audit trail would populate a list of the lock being opened, only it wouldn't give any information, not a time or a name or a location, nothing, just that it was opened somehow. Not sure if this would be solved if i had the alleged paid version. I say alleged because there is no info or even an option to purchase this mythical version. Even emailing the company through there website resulted in no response.I really wanted this to work as it would have solved so many issues at my facility. Alas, it was too good to be true.

As a tech & security nerd, but still a swimmer, I LOVE this lock. I put my phone, ID, keys, etc., in the gym locker, and head out to swim with only a towel, Apple Watch, and the NFC tag which fits inside this little adjustable bracelet. The key-holder/bracelet is made to carry house keys when running. BUT...the inside enclosure is the perfect size for the waterproof NFC tag....AND it's thin enough that I can unlock the padlock with just holding my wrist flush against the blue circle part. I don't have to take anything off. (You do have to do a little "dance" of pressing the shackle into the body, holding until it beeps AND shows green...about 3-5 seconds, then hold your wrist against it to unlock. but, that's trivial.)When it first arrived I told all my friends about it, I thought it was so brilliant how easy to use it was, and how intuitive the whole device was.What impressed me most was the convenience this product offered, without compromise in the physical security of the lock, which is where most smart locks fall short. The only 'point of entry to the lock, i.e., to non-destructively open it is these two metal...screws that are unlike any I've seen, they're not the square shape, or torx, or the triangle one. I tried everything in my kit and nothing fit.Additionally, it doesn't rely on anything that can change, e.g., fingerprints. Swimming alone...my fingers wouldn't work on a print-lock, too wrinkly, but, the idea of getting a cut on the wrong finger and being locked out of a device, at least until it heals?? Hard pass. I much prefer the NFC tag setup.What is most annoying (but, I can live with it) about the lock is... the black thing in the pictures, it's a rubber...circle that fits into the shackle, but, for gym lockers, which, admittedly, is not what this was designed for, I have to slide the black thing off on one side, thread the shackle through the loop of the locker, slide it back on, and then close and lock the lock. I wish I knew what exactly it is for...I'd guess the weatherproofing, in which case, I can remove it, because this will never see rain or snow, but the manual stresses that it's not to be removed. (I assume putting it back is fine. There's a notch in the shackle that secures it so you don't have to fiddle with it/so it doesn't slide around the shackle.)Oh...one more nit-pick....the charging port at the base, that, admittedly you don't need to use regularly, is micro-USB, and USB-C would be a much preferred port (there is no wrong direction to insert it), since almost all android phones come with a USB-C cable, and iPad Pro uses USB-C as well, along with ALL mac-laptops, so, having to carry/keep track of an additional cable is ehh, but, in fairness, this was probably designed and fabricated before USB-C was becoming commonplace.The key-holder/bracelet I used to hold the NFC tag is on Amazon at https://smile.amazon.com/PocketBands-Adjustable-Pocket-Runners-Wristband/dp/B01M3Z5YHF/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3438FEV2N6ON&dchild=1&keywords=pocketbands+3.0+adjustable+key+pocket+runner%27s+wristband&qid=1575722470&sprefix=pocketband%2Caps%2C161&sr=8-1

The product reads well and worked fin for a few months. then became erratic and unreliable. i believe it was due to rain water getting in. I have since seen other reviews where people had the same experience.eventually stopped working altogether after 8 months. if Plugged in a power source I could get it open. Power button on the padlock stopped working altogether. By then Amazon didn't want to know and I sent photos, videos proof of payment receipt and jumped through many hoops to satisfy Egeetouch. Bottom line after months of emails, is they want me to buy and pay for another one through Amazon and then they will process a refund. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND!!

I needed a lock for outdoor use in Minnesota Winters. I had already gone through a bunch of locks, and decided to try the eGee lock.Lock looks good and solid. Set-up was a little difficult, partly because I did not read the instructions carefully enough, and partially because the lock I bought was not listed in the app. I was able to use a similar lock type that was listed, though, with no issues.When setting-up the fob, know that the codes to register the fob with the lock are printed in the instructions, so do not throw the instructions away until you have completed set-up.The lock works as I hoped, and is quite robust. It has lasted through the first snow storm - we will see how well it stand up to an entire winter.

Lock is perfect for what I need. I have a 11 month old child and just using my watch or fob to open the lock is very useful. I can even unlock the lock when I’m close to home so I can access my room. Set up was instant and lock has unlocked EVERY SINGLE TIME. I also like the how they keep track of every time it is used. Charging is fairly quick. Definitely recommend this lock for everyone. I bought it to manage access to the farm. Hardware is very good. The app is not up to the product, to what the seller describe it can perform, amazingly inappropriate. Single use or admin use is quite straight forward but when you try to invite new users then it comes the problem. Failing to recognise registered users, very unfriendly procedure and also the manual and videos are not helping much. Based on this hardware I am convinced the producer could achieve great results and product with minor but crucial improvements.

Very hit and miss,worked intermittently. Very risky leaving it locked on anything.Wouldn’t open once then I charged it. It opened. Same thing happened again, got it off, closed it.It started making a constant noise for hours then it just gave up.An expensive piece of junk.

Ceci est un cadenas robuste de très bonne qualité.il a l'air bien étanche. cependant il ne fonctionne que avec les montres connectée Samsung, d'ou une étoile en moins car non précisé. de plus les tags NFC ne fonctionnent pas systématiquement, il faut s'y reprendre a plusieurs fois et les tags NFC porte clés ne sont pas disponibles en Belgique.Application très facile et partage d'accès ultra simple. Nécessite cependant une connection utilisateurs.

Easy to use. APP could do with some adjustments in terms of how to invite other users and Push notifications.when the lock is under heavy load, the shackle needs to be pressed downloaded to be able to lock

通勤に使っているバイクのワイヤーをロックするために購入しました。以前使っていた従来型の南京錠は、暗い駐輪場でキーを差し込むのが不便で、バイクをキーレスにしたのに合わせて、スマート錠を探していました。冬用の分厚い手袋をしたままでも開錠できるように、指紋認証式ではなく、NFCタグで開錠できるものを選びました。作りはしっかりしていて、底部の黒い部分もコネクタや電源ボタン以外は金属です。正面のインジケータの周りの黒い部分は不明。少なくともドライバー一本で分解できる構造ではなさそう。ちょっとお高めですが、愛車のためには電源ボタンを押す操作が、面倒ですが、バッテリーの持ちを良くするためには、しょうがないのかな。ブルートゥースのバージョンは4.0らしい。

Das Produkt entspricht genau meiner Erwartung. Es macht einen Stabilen Eindruck, die Einrichtung funktioniert gut über die app des Herstellers. Einiges Nachteil des Schlosses ist das lediglich 4 Ziffern der UID des Nfc Tags zur Sicherung verwendet werden, es ist quasivergleichbarmit einem Zahlen Schloss mit dem Unterschied das es mehr mögliche Kombinationen gibt.
