Please be aware this product is US voltage. I had to return to Amazon. But did buy one from a UK seller on Amazon which is the correct voltage and cheaper than the US product (cost of shipping from US) the product works well and makes really nice ice deserts as long as you follow the instructions

Does not work in the UK trying to send back to the US need to download invoice which is not letting me

I'm sure the product was fine but we never managed to turn it on because this product does not work in the UK without a proper US to UK voltage converter which considerably adds to your overall cost. However, to the seller's and Amazon's credit, once we realised this was the case we could post the product back to the seller free of charge and we were fully refunded.

I could not use it because the voltage and the plug are not compatible.

I bought it and tried to turn it ON. No luck. Its a broken piece. How did this product go into market without a quality check? Thanks, will never recommend this!

Wie kann es sein, dass ein Haushaltsgerät im deutschen Amazon verkauft wird und nur über 110V/60Hz bei 2000W betrieben werden kann? Es wird nicht mal explizit darauf hingewiessen...das nervt enorm!
