Q: What shade is the lightest shade ?

It's the Ivory one. And just a tip, I have never used an ivory shade of foundation in 30+ years of doing my makeup. It's usually too light for me. The ivory shade was best for me here. These shades run darker than expected and darker than the same colors/numbers in other CG products. I wear the Advanced Radiance Powder in 120 Natural Beige and that's also too light on my skin but I like how it blends in.

Q: For anyone who’s tried this and the other one they make (3 in one in swirly jar) what’s the difference? which covers better?

IMO i believe they both cover just as good.. i like this one as it feels abit more lighter on my skin..
