Don't be fooled by the pictures
This thing sits at about 45 degrees on your desk, meaning it perfectly reflects any and all ceiling lighting you have, making the screen completely un-readable. I've fixed mine with a small cardboard box but this isn't a solution for 1000 handsets.

Came brand new, easy to set up with ring central. It works great and has extremely good call quality with tons of features, make sure you order the power adapter.

NO POWER CORD INCLUDED and not made clear on the product page. Ridiculous. Buy from somewhere else.
