Great product but huge safety defect
The iron irons beautifully. Gets creases out which regular irons don't. However today my house almost caught fire because it has no auto cut off for safety. Firstly there is no power switch on the iron. The iron has to be switched off from the main power switch. I forgot to turn that off and the iron got so hot (because it doesn't have auto thermostat cut off safety feature), and it heated the iron plate so much that ironing table caught on fire. It doesn't matter how good the product is at what it does if basic safety features are not built in. Hence the 1 star review.
