So I am usually pretty reluctant these days to take "weight loss supplements" but these really have been helpful in calming "food noise" in my head. I love food, I love to work out, but I also would like to not be constantly hungry. The first 2-3 weeks they were an adjustment because I was having to FORCE myself to eat - you can't NOT eat an have good workout. After about a month or so now I notice that they just allow me to eat and go on with my day and not be constantly thinking about when or what I am going to eat again. They also seem to curb cravings for garbage food like sugar cravings every day (can't say that for during the luteal phase of my cycle though haha give me all the cinnamon rolls). I just eat enough to be full, keep my focus on prioritizing protein, and I go on with my day without feeling ravenous all the time. I do not own a scale, but I can tell that through using these, adding 2 more strength training days to my existing 3 and walking 15-45 minutes a day has lead to a flatter looking tummy and less bloated appearance throughout my body. Also drinking a ton of water. So as always, it's a combination of things that lead to reaching our goals. These are a part of it though.

I have been for about a month, but only once daily. I have dropped 15 lbs. I am not jittery on them, but in the past 2 weeks I noticed a bad taste in my mouth, nausea and dizziness. I am taking a little break from them to see if it goes away but I can tell a difference in my weight.

Thought I was coming down with something. About 5.5 hrs after taking this I began to feel absolutely ill. I began to feel like I was burning hot and had to get undressed and lay down. Under my rib cage hurt so bad and I knew I was going to throw up. Eventually I did and then I felt fine after. Thought I was sick or it was a drink that I made. Took the next day but made a drink again and really thought it was the drink I made. Fast forward 2 days I didn’t take it for the two days and finally on the third day I took again. Same thing happened and I was in public. Had to stop and rest and then violently started throwing up. Hot and sweaty and unable to function. No drink this time so I narrowed it down to these god awful pills. These will be going in the trash! Please be careful when taking these. Everyone is different but these effected me terribly.
