These tablets are amazing. I’m overweight and finding it hard to lose weight. I saw massive changes. Felt good and energetic! Weight still fluctuating and so far I’ve lost 1.2kg. 2 weeks in, No dieting! Now I feel full after eating a small amount of food. From 2 toasts, I’ve gone to 1/2 a toast, no afternoon crazy cravings (4.30/6.15/8.30pm those times are:’ kitchen stroll’). Thinking of dieting now to help with the tablets. A banana and cup of coffee at 10am is too much now. Another way of ditching coffee now! No bloating, no more Trex noises in my belly. My oral thrush is gone. My tongue has gone back to a healthy state. My thighs are large(I’m a 12/14uk size), big legs flabby and floppy! I was shocked to see them getting a nicer shapes! I love watching myself in the mirror these days. My legs used to look toned only after strenuous exercise (3months walks 2/3 times a week). This morning my colleague noticed my pants and complimented me, and it’s an 4months old pair of pants but never flattered my body until today. I will continue to use it! Not even worth it..

Received my 2nd packet but can’t say I’m feeling or seeing a difference physically or otherwise. How long do you have to keep taking the capsules to see or feel a difference around the waist and legs for example? Capsule are easy to take though as promised! I have only been taking them one in morning and one in evening. Will have to do another review in a couple of months or so!

Bought these to help with my weightloss journey as I really stuggle to lose the hormonal weight. I am 5ft4" and weigh 75kg. I'm in day 2 and now down to 73kg, feel more energised which is great but the downside is I can't sleep. I have read in the reviews about taking both capsules before 1pm so I will try that for day 3, hopefully improve my sleep. Overall good product and easy to take.

Today is 14 October 2024 & I have been taking these capsules as instructed since September 2023. I have more energy than before & have lost a stone & a half without trying. In fact I now eat more than I used to do but my metabolic rate has increased. I also enjoy a nightcap most evenings. At first I saw nothing happening for around 6 weeks apart from feeling I had more energy. I knew this wasn't logical as they are packed with polyphenols which encourage fat burning, so I persevered with patience. I was a listless, lumpy 11 & half stone, size 16 at 5'3" tall. I'm now 10 stones & size 12-14. I have read the reviews & get the impression that many people are expecting to take these for a short time & wake up thin!! So they give up. I'm a mature lady with some restricted mobility so my working out days are over! I try to be as active as I can day to day but I know that exercise has not played a part in my weight loss. Look up POLYPHENOLS & recommendations by DR STEVEN GUNDRY. You will learn that the ingredients contained in these capsules promote loss of excess fat & increased well-being. BTW, I have always had sleep problems in the past but am not affected by this product as I usually take my daily 2 capsules before 1pm. I go to sleep around 12 midnight & even my sleep pattern has improved. Originally, the price was £5.99 for 60 count but the price has increased. I buy them on SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE now every month for £6.29. I bought them for a friend who wanted to shed a few stone but she didn't exercise patience & keep up with the routine so was disheartened at the slowness! They are highly recommended by me but to the seller, please do not increase the price as many do when I write one of my good reviews! 😉👍
