The wait is over.Best GF flour I have used ever! I have been GF for 5 yrs.. Due to food allergy to wheat. I've used a lot and I do mean a lot I've been a baker since I was 10 yr old.. my chocolate chip cookies. most of the previous flours, I have used comes out like a hockey pucks. I friend recommended this flour. The free gF flour works like a charm a banana bread came out nice and fluffy. Taste was really excellent I didn't have any kind of an aftertaste. Brand baked up well yes it did work well. It's pretty good value from the money Amazon's the only ones that has a decent price for this product everybody else wants to double triple and the shipping was outrageous so I'm going to continue to get it on Amazon. It's going to be great for my holiday making which I haven't done in almost 4 years. Whoever been in this flour..the freee Comp. Needs to have an award. I can finally get back to Baking.

Needs more of the other ingredients, just on its own it is OK I added extra gums to it to make better rising atuff

This is my favorite gluten-free flour. It does not have xanthan gum in it, so you will need to add that ingredient if you use it for baking. Good texture, good flavor.
