We installed with so much money, water not coming through the hand shower

For the first 1 1/2 year, I was very pleased with the product. Then a knob broke and found that it was plastic… then the leaking started. The warranty is no longer listed on Amazon it says to contact the seller directly. I am updating my review. After contacting the company directly, they sent me a new tower. They were responsive and I received my new product in a little over a week. I would recommend purchasing.

Haven't received it yet but they are helping us out so I'm happy.
