Der-Franz Instant-Cappuccino, flavoured with Hazelnut, 500 g

This makes a beautiful drink in my opinion. Very nutty and slightly chocolatey,but I can't really taste much coffee. Either way it's sooooo tasty,I make a flask to drink every day in work with about 4 spoons in 1.5 litres and it's still quite strong so it lasts me quite well. I think it's very reasonabley priced for the amount you get compared to shop bought coffees at high street prices. I highly recommend it,for a really tasty cuppa. I'm really happy with mine. I like the taste a lot but Its basically a hazelnut flavoured hot chocolate. Mocha at best. Not really a coffee taste and has no froth like a premix sachet would have.

Oh my goodness, absolutely loving the taste of this coffee, ordering another two. I love a great coffee, I think I found my favourite right there.

This is DEFINITELY NOT a Cappuccino! Although the taste is nice, it tastes like a mocha or hot chocolate. No froth whatsoever, so very misleading to say its hazelnut cappuccino. Dont think id buy again to be honest as I was looking for a cappuccino (that has froth!)

Tases good but very sweet, absolutely not cappuccino as no froth, not even an attempt in creating a creamy frothy topping.

Bought it for a friend. She annihilated the pack within a week - almost. But it was THAT good she said. For that price, I must say that I kind of expected that. It’s expensive - hands down, no argument there. It is debateable wherher cofee should be this expensive or not but my friend was happy, she liked it and that’s what matters most. She did not need to mix in milk or anything else, said it was creamy and sweet enough.

Ho deciso di testare questo cappuccino per gustarlo a colazione o nelle pause pomeridiane in alternativa a quello in capsule. L’ho scelto per il pratico formato solubile in barattolo, veloce e comodo da preparare, anche se, a differenza delle capsule, il tempo impiegato per scaldare l’acqua è superiore a quello della macchina. Ho optato per il gusto senza zucchero. In vendita è disponibile nei seguenti sapori: cappuccino non zuccherato, cappuccino zuccherato, cappuccino aromatizzato alle nocciole, crema, caffè freddo, caffè espresso. Il prodotto è contenuto in un barattolo cilindrico da 400 g con tappo in plastica con cappuccio protettivo salva freschezza. È fabbricato in Austria, Vienna e distribuito per conto della marca Der Franz; è la prima volta che testo alimenti di questo brand con un’esperienza lunga che risale al lontano 1929. Ha un prezzo piuttosto alto; a metà settembre 2021 è di € 9,99. La scadenza, impressa su adesivo sul fondo del barattolo, è di poco meno di tre anni dalla consegna (28/06/2024). Il cappuccino contiene una base in polvere composta da sciroppo di glucosio, olio di cocco non idrogenato, stabilizzanti (E340, E452), proteine del latte, anti agglomerante (E551), emulsionante (E472e), colorante (E160a), caffè solubile 15,5%, latte scremato in polvere 8,5% Non è specificato se contiene o non lattosio, glutine, olio di palma, OGM. Si prepara aggiungendo 3-4 cucchiaini (corrispondenti a 18 g circa) di polvere solubile in una tazza da 180 ml di acqua bollente. A seconda dei gusti personali è possibile aggiungere del dolcificante poiché è la versione non zuccherata. Personalmente preferisco gustarlo amaro o con poco zucchero. È buono da sorseggiare anche freddo in questo periodo di fine estate con qualche cubetto di ghiaccio. Il cappuccino ottenuto è cremoso, con schiuma piuttosto corposa che si dissolve velocemente. Ha una consistenza buona. Il gusto è discreto e piuttosto delicato grazie anche al processo di tostatura lunga a tamburo. Il composto in polvere si scioglie abbastanza velocemente lasciando pochi residui. L’aroma diffonde una piacevole e profumata scia. È ben tollerato e non provoca acidità o bruciori di stomaco. 3⭐Sono abbastanza soddisfatta di questo cappuccino solubile, anche se il gusto non mi ha convinto pienamente.
