I was a little afraid to install this because the builder put it in a place I couldn't replace it. So far 5 months later no issue. It charges your cell phone and we have a rice cooker connected as well. The pop up functions is what we needed.

I love this product. it charges my iPhone at a great speed with the built in wireless charging. This device pops up to open other places to plug in chargers and I think that it works amazingly well. It is a nice feature because if you want a clean desk setup you can have a clean one and push it down, or if you're messy like I am you can just pop it up and charge whatever you like! the charging speed is as fast and I have had no problem plugging in usb chargers as well. I would recommend putting this on a premium desk you plan to keep for a long time as it is a little hard to create the hole for it to go in. Over all I would give this a 5 however the installation is hard.

We has this pop-up multi-outlet installed in our new kitchen island and I love how sleek and discreet it is. I chose this brand and model because it was the only one that was listed as waterproof. Thankfully, we haven't had to prove it but we're ready for spills. I really liked that there's an outlet underneath, inside the cabinet. We use that one for our air fryer that lives in a pull-up shelf. While the wireless charger was not a requirement, already having it, I wish it worked better. We place our phones on top and it is constantly connecting and disconnecting from power. In an hour it may charge 2-3%. It doesn't matter if it's up or down. We've given up and just use the USBs instead. If you're not buying for the wireless charger, it's a great purchase.

I really have enjoyed this counter top charging port. It was easy to install. We had an electric outlet put in behind our pull out garbage can in our island cut a hole in the granite and it went in easy plug in and enjoy. I made my purchase off of the good reviews and I am very happy with the choice. It is nice and tight no wobble . You do have to use firm pressure to pop up but to me that means it is sturdy! Lay your phone on top to charge. Charge time Varys because I’m always picking it up. Very happy I would buy it again!

Top charging plate is broken after 3 months of use. Side plugs are still operational. Pop up spring is strong and still works. Product appearance is nice. It’s unfortunate that the top charging plate broke because that’s why I purchased this product, which is twice the price of others without it.

This is a great addition to my new counter space! The wireless charging is perfect and the three above counter outlets (and two usb outlets) ensure that I can plug in my coffee maker, computer and other devices without having cords draped across the counter to reach the outlet below it!
