I know very, very little of woodworking. It was trying my hand on some left over pieces at home, and had a very tough time, when trying to cut something narrow, or trying to cut some space into an existing wood or cutting some undesired wood. Don't know why I purchased this saw, but it's very light, feather like, cuts very smoothly, with very little effort, as if cutting on it's own. PLEASE READ THE REVIEW AS FOR SUIZAN SAW HAVING THIS BLADE, AND NOT FOR REPLACEMENT BLADE. I have yet to use the replacement blade. I tender my apology for the unintended lapse.

Great to see these tools available in India now and at the same price as it is in the US. I already have a few of these saws from the same brand and they are really good for improving your finer woodworking skills. Also please increase the product range in India!

Good saw . Its a crosscut saw not meant for dovetails. Yes you can cut dovetails but it’ll be slower. I use it to crosscut joinery and it works really good.

This was the answer to all of my workshop problems for a sharp saw that took little effort to cut. The quality of the saw is very evident from the time I first started using it. The handle is wood/ bamboo and it’s comfortable to use for cutting for a long time. The blade is extremely sharp and is very thin and fine. The blade was so good that it actually cut through a piece of brass tubing although I don’t really recommend using it for that. I think that as long as you take good care of it that it should last for many years.

As per my previous saw review, this saw requires some attention to ensure that you're using it correctly due to the reverse cutting action but I quickly found it to be easy to use, it cuts beautifully and leaves such a fine/narrow kerf. The stiffened blade provides greater control. I'm glad to have it and have noticed myself going back for it in preference of my other saws. Highly recommended
