I was skeptical about engineered wood furniture and the sturdiness of it, but have been pleased with the quality. Still not as nice as solid wood but the price is decent for this piece. Shipping packaging is very good, even with some damage to the outside box, no damage to the product itself. Easy to assemble, just don’t over tighten the cams. I also purchased the matching desk and accent storage cabinet. Same results- all sturdy items.

The cabinet is missing all of the hardware. The manufacturer ignored the inquiries. Amazon refunded the purchase price. Waste of time.

This cabinet is fantastic and well made, but it’s not easy to put together. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! This will take you close to 3 hours to put together. A total of 28 steps. If you have time and patience, great. If not, this will frustrate the hell out of you. The small screws DO NOT go in easily. You will need a hammer to tap them first and then screw them in. I would give it 5 stars if the small screws weren’t so challenging and this didn’t take so long to put together. There has to be an easier way!

previous reviews were accurate and it took me about 3 hours to put together. Part of that time was to check off all the parts before starting. The parts are perfectly coded and separated but they give exactly what is needed- no extra screws. The one issue I had was that I misread the installation of the drawer rails TWICE and had to redo them. You have to look very carefully on the instruction page for that section and see where the screws land on the drawer rail by the dotted line. the rails should be about 1.5 " from the end, not any closer or the drawer wont close completely and the lock mechanism wont function. The orientation is deceiving. Once done I was proud I completed it solely and really love the cabinet!
