Easy installation. Works well.
The insulation is fairly straightforward. The ladder system seems sturdy and able to handle considerable weight. Folding and unfolding is quite easy.

Its well built and a real space saver.
Bought this as a used open box but it had all parts needed except some wood lag bolts. Calls for concrete attachment in instructions and provided bolts but who has concrete in their loft. Worked great attached to the heavy beams for the loft we have. Feels sturdy and easy to walk up. Folds up nicely.
