I purchased one of these in December 2022. It's worked great since. There is the recalibration of power when you plug in other devices but this hasn't been an issue with my devices. I did wish I could do 2 laptops at once sometimes but got used to staggering them. Recently, I plugged it into a 6 way, worked as it always did. 10 minutes later my phone is alerting to me it's losing power. The Baesus charger is dead. Debating about another one.

This was a great charger to have on my travels and I really liked how quickly it charged my devices. Bought this 3 months ago and it died on me suddenly. I reached out to Baseus to get a replacement or at least try to fix it but never heard back from them. NOTE: if you buy through Amazon, they will not help you resolve the matter unless you buy the products from their website. It says so on their Contact Us page. UPDATE 2.10.2022The company reached out after my bad review and offered me a brand new charger. I have received it and it works. Great customer service!!

This charger is great! I have purchased several Baseus products, and this charger is the best "bang for the buck". I have taken this with be on several trips while needing a charger for my laptop, phone, watch, switch and a few other things and this charger can handle them all. The build quality is pretty top notch. I was surprised to see how durable the hinged plug prongs are after constant usage. I also appreciate the sleek penciled gray they used to print their logo and all the charging dynamics. It's amazing to see a product that can handle so many voltage and current variations between device types. The price for what you get is phenomenal and in GaN technology is nice for the higher power applications to ensure the stability and longevity of the charger which is added assurance even when some people think the price is a potential investment. I will continue to purchase and utilize Baseus products and I hope they continue to innovate and not disappoint.

The media could not be loaded. My monitors did suffer from flickering on one of the monitors, but I knew it was because my laptop's original charger didn't give enough power for the Hub and the 2 monitors plus all the HIDs. From experience I knew this could be fixed with a more powerful charger. That's why I bought the baseus combo, HUB + Charger. They shipped them separately, so I plugged the charger into the Hub when it arrived. But wow surprise, the laptop constantly plugs and unplugs from the power, making it work intermittently on battery. When testing, I unplugged the baseus charger from the baseus Hub and plugged it into a smaller Hub I have. And it works. How is it possible that the baseus charger is not compatible with the baseus HUB, if they even promote and sell them together as a combo? I tried with different cables and it still works. The only way it works is that I plug it into my old Hub. So I have two Hubs connected and I can only power my laptop through the old Hub not the Baseus one which is supposed to be compatible with the Baseus charger.The Hub is not designed to deliver more power to the laptop, although it can receive different inputs like 5v=3A; 15v=3A; 20v=5A; It can only deliver 5v=0.9A; 5v=0.5A on output.

Can charge my phone, power bank, and steam deck, has 2 usb-c and 2 usb-A. its built like a tank, just a little heavy, can get very hot. But overall has worked fine for the last 2 years.
