For the money these are great. Vehicle coverage is excellent with lots of useful functions and WiFi connectivity for instant updates and web browsing. Updates are free for the life of the tool making it a great cost effective purchase. Easy to use with intuitive operation makes this a no-brainer.

Liked ease of use. Disappointed by lack of functions on some cars on the supported list. For example, Fords were pretty good, Landrover not so. Couldn't do much more than check abs sensors on D2s.

2015 VW Crafter had a known fault with limp mode, multiple warning lights. Two £10-20 odd OBD readers showed the fault code but I wanted specifics, and wanted a good reliable, portable diagnostics device so bought this to get a proper reading and data log, and keep it for future cars. Plugged in, identified VIN okay, no faults found / couldn't get a reading. Updated everything (firmware was way out of date), read no faults. Tried everything, reading as if it was a VW, a VW Crafter ("LT3" as the unit calls it), a VW Commercial Vehicle, an old VW Crafter, a new VW Crafter, a new VW Crafter of a specific model etc. Tried manually without the VIN read. Deleted and re-installed. Everything. Point being you have to choose the right one every time, and none worked. After updating and reading for a "VW LT3" it did read more things which resulted on error messages on my dash appearing which stayed for a couple off/ons of the ignition. But no actual faults on the reader, quite happy there was no fault with the car. Didn't seem right. Contacted EU support back/forth for a few days. They said it's probably faulty and I should return it. So almost £340 for something which told me less than a £10 bluetooth OBD reader and a free app, and took longer to use, and x10 the size. Didn't bother asking for a replacement. The actual tablet is quite nice to use though. Good battery life, good size, screen is okay responsiveness. Just a shame it didn't work. So still 1 star unfortunately as its primary purpose failed.

Fantastic tool this is my 3rd I icarsoft and the is the best! The most important thing is the free software updates for life.

I was disappointed to find out that this device does not support my Peugeot Partner 2019 van. I can only use this device basic ODB functions on my van which seem to work well but unable to see all the modules installed as a result. My BMW X1 2017 is recognised and seems to function well and able to see all the installed modules. The device also had issues connecting to my home WIFI (BT Home Hub 6) but I am able to get it to connect to my mobile phone for updates and internet connectivity. I am hoping that future updates will include my van.
