We use these for our chickens so they know where they are supposed to lay their eggs. We got them as young hens so we had to “teach” them where. They work so well!! They look like a real egg, they are a solid wood material so the chickens can peck at it and break it. I have even tested the theory of where that fake egg is, is where the hens will lay. And it’s true. I’ve moved it from one nest in box to the next and they lay wherever it is! Such great quality!!
