It is a good option to use this ayurvedic roll on rather than taking medicines for motion sickness.i used this in my family on a 7 year old child and it worked very well, because no vomiting in car after this.i choosed this because it's ingredients written are Fully ayurvedic.better to roll it on wrist,chest and back of the ear.
