One of the Excellent items received and it is reliable. Suits my requirements. I will continue to buy in future also.

As mentioned, these are tablets, NOT capsules. Also each tablet has LESS than 500 mg of Ashwagandha, but the bottle has 120 tablets, which covers the minor content issue. Seems effective, economic, worth it!

Can't star more as I have taken just one tablet and started to feel dizzy. Will update later about its effects. However the dizziness is so disturbing if you're working.
