Great, clean ingredients. It's incredibly hard to find a D3 without soy and silicon dioxide (I've looked many places), but they did it! High dose, but in-expensive. I wasn't sure if it worked since my PCP was concerned w/me taking a high dose: a mental therapist prescribed 10,000IU PER DAY for depression, but my PCP wanted me to take maximum 5,000IU PER WEEK. I took the lower dose and nothing much noticeable happened. Eventually, I worked up to 10,000 daily (since even 5,000 daily didn't have a noticeable effect) and I discovered my horrible intrusive thoughts went away. Also, and as a bonus, I discovered it has been helping with menstrual pain issues (this discovery happens when I am not taking the pills regularly and then suddenly find myself in major pain). Additionally, overtime, I noticed it has affected my circadian rhythm: as it gets darker outside, I can feel myself wind down and simply want to get ready for bed. This has been increasingly leading me to setting boundaries with people (a work in progress given our culture, but I'm increasingly more stearn and cranky about it now). That said, this is not a cure-all for me since I have many issues going on and there are many elements involved in reaching and maintaining good health (though I suppose maybe I need more D3?). I do treat this like medication, though, since the longer I go without taking it as prescribed, the worse my mental and physical issues get. NOTE: My doctors have tested me 2x since I've been taking the higher dosage of D3. So far, even at the dose I'm taking, I'm comfortably within normal D3 levels--no remote risk of overdose. I wish I knew what my blood levels were BEFORE taking the D3, but I'm not aware of ever being tested prior to taking D3
