Until I contacted the manufacturer I didn’t know Amazon offered a 16” extension pipe. A must if u have the shower system w tub spout. My search on Amazon only listed the 12” ext pipe. The manufacturer sent me the Amazon link to get the 16” pipe ext. it is true their customer service is excellent. The price and service you can’t beat. Highly recommend buying.
