In terms of comfort, the mattress feels medium-firm, which has been great for me as a back sleeper. The natural latex provides a nice balance of support and cushioning, and I’ve noticed less tossing and turning throughout the night. It also offers decent edge support, which is something I hadn’t expected. Another thing I’ve appreciated is the motion isolation—it does a good job at minimizing disturbances, making it ideal for couples. One thing I was concerned about was heat retention, but the latex material sleeps relatively cool, which is a plus for anyone who tends to get hot at night. The mattress also didn’t have a strong odor when I first unpacked it, and any slight smell disappeared within a day. The packaging was secure, and the delivery was timely and smooth. As for durability, there are no signs of sagging or wear after a month of use, but only time will tell how it holds up. If you’re on the fence about buying online like I was, the return policy and trial period (100 or 90 nights) definitely provide peace of mind. I slept on the mattress on night - I hate it and because I purchased it from Amazon and not directly from Wakefit I can’t receive any other replacement. I have been a loyal customer and over the past 8 years have purchased 6 Wakefit mattresses - 7 now including this new one and I will never purchase another Wakefit again. They refused to assist me in any way and I offered to pay a restocking fee in order to get a different mattress. Very disappointed to find out that the return policies are different and if you buy it from Amazon they don’t care about your business.
