This bag is much cuter in person. It's made of mostly polyester which offers a nice feel along with a soft padding along the back where a laptop could sit. There's lots of pockets inside to keep stuff organized and its surprisingly roomy inside. The bottom of the bag offers a little padding as well, which I hope will stop those hard plastic edged binders the kids carry from sticking through the bag. The outside of the bag has two side pockets that can hold anything from a phone to regular size water bottles and the back straps are cushioned. This seems like a quality bag for the size and the price, I'm just not completely convinced it will last the year. I'll update my review to let you know...

I really like this backpack. Not the traditional material you feel on most backpacks but very beautiful. I love the design, and how I can put my water bottle on the side! I am in college so this is the perfect backpack since there are a lot of pockets inside. The only issue I have is that the water bottle space isn't very big so you can only really use the plastic ones like Smart Water, or Life WTR :( Other than that I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend for sure!

Not what we expected but my daughter still liked the fabric pattern Costumer service fixed everything and was right on top making sure we were happy Would buy from them again....the fabric was exactly what she was hoping and expecting.

The bookbag itself is made with really good quality. I'm very happy. Although, the wait of the package arriving was a bit over due even though I chose two- day shipping but other than that it's a really well made product! Update: After one month of using this bag, it’s already torn which sucks. I really had high hopes with this one, I didn’t put much weight in the bag either.
