Curl Defending Hair Heat Protection Mist/Spray Vegan and Curly Girl Compliant 200 ML Paraben Free Heat Defense, for Dry Damaged Hair

This is a lovely oil for scrunching out the crunch. I use a very small amount for my 2C hair. It also has a nice (light) scent.

I saw one of these products recommended on This Morning the other week and thought I would give a ew of them a try as my hair has been suffering recently. I used to always Co-wash my fine curly hair - which was great for years until My favourite conditioner became really hard to find. I then switched to trying various non-sulphate shampoos and non-silicone conditioners - which has all been a bit it and miss. Some are so gunky the are difficult to rinse. I purchased Imbue's leave in spray conditioner in a local shop last week, loved the scent and as stock of Imbue in my local shop was so limited I went looking for what else they produce on here. I found this finishing creme (and have also purchased their shampoo which I have yet to try as my hair needed clarifying) - which I usually do around once a month). I clarified with a store's own coconut shampoo yesterday then sprayed on the leave in conditioner and scrunched in about 3 pumps of this finishing creme in and left my hair to air dry - so I do nothing with it and don't touch it while it dries. Sometime later yesterday morning I caught sight of myself in my bathroom mirror and couldn't believe what I saw - just curls - everywhere! There was no caste needing to be scrunched out - it just needed a flip upside down, a ruffle and putting the curls where I wanted them. I did use the two imbue products - the leave in and this creme - but they appear to do what it says on the tin and actually work - even on my fine hair (and didn't weigh my hair down at all)- this stuff has brought my hair back to life. I've got kinks, curls and ringlets everywhere! I'm really pleased on first impression with these products..

I really like this serum, it’s not as good as an oil serum because oil really locks product in, but it’s quite nice. The only problem I would really say is that it goes really fast ( I have thick thick hair) and the bottle is small.

I have 3A curls, damaged by endless usage of the wrong products, brushes, and dying, and I recently discovered the Curly Girl Method for me. I bought the whole series of the Imbue products, and haven't regretted a single one of them. I have already much better curls, and I can see them "heal" already. Paired with the organic Jersey towels from "Good Wash Day" (can highly recommend that brand), I am in heaven when I take care of my curls. Finally stuff that works! As everyone's curls are unique, I can't give much advice to be fair. I use the oil to refreshen the curls on the second or third day, as I have a high porosity, good elasticity, and thin hair. When I apply it directly after I have washed the hair, it gets too oily and heavy, although I use very little. But I am still experimenting with this anyways. Oh, it smells really good, btw!

By far the best curl definer & defrizzer I have ever used. It's so light I can actually use my protein leave in mousse, along with the two number 3 stylers from this range - one of which is super nourishing, and my hair won't be greasy looking or so heavy the curls drop! I've only ever been able to apply these types to the ends of my hair but I can use this all over! I even use it on each refresh day because it just doesn't lay tons of product down.

I really like this. I hadn't used an oil on my curls before but felt like I needed one, particularly for 2nd day frizz. It smells absolutely divine and you can smell it all day. It's very lightweight and I use a small amount to start with. It also helps if you've got a dropped curl 2nd day (mine often drop badly around my face) I can use this to finger coil and twist with a little water, and it revives them a surprising amount. It's also so great when a product just lists up front that they are curly girl friendly as it's a nightmare trying to work it out usually.

3 stars because I love this product, but not the full 5 because of the below. This is my fourth time purchasing the Curl Worshipping Shine Hair Oil and it’s done wonders for my hair. I love it but it’s also difficult to come by, which is why being able to get it on Amazon is so useful. However, on my latest purchase I’ve been sent the wrong item. I instead received the Curly Energising Hydration Serum, which I’m not a huge fan of. Upon looking at the product description since it seems that the wrong product is featured in the photos despite the title still being correct (in fact the sticker on the product I received was for what I was originally supposed to receive!). I’m not sure what’s gone on here but until this is rectified I will have to find somewhere else to purchase it :( I’ve managed to get a refund through Amazon luckily.

This is my second bottle I love this serum especially for my curly hair it's not too oily and doesn't make an oily cust on my curls and it smells nice very light as well

Works great for finer curls. Does not weigh my hair down in the slightest. I use it to scrunch out the crunch. The price has gone up a bit, but still worth the money. Also, smells like a dreamcicle.

I actually love this product. it smells amazing and truly protects my hair from the heat. it doesn’t make my hair crunchy or leave me feeling greasy, and it accentuates my curls and waves perfectly. it’s beautiful and lightweight and perfect for a slightly scented heat protection!
