You can wear anything, but while you are on Amazon I would invest in a really nice motorcycle helmet and some pads of some sort, because little buckaroo, I think you will find out pretty quick why you dont wear work boots while riding a horse.the last thing you want is to have your pavement beaters stuck in a stirrup when the horse doesn't want you in them. Wide and rubber, no good...leather and narrow, good!
