I never write a Review before but I have to for this waist trainer.Its the best get you will not regret it. I just gave birth and I was in need of a post partum back support and to help me with my belly flattening as well.Oh My God I love it.It stays in place when you put it on and it has 3 layers up front.The back support is unbelievable I'm planning to sleep with it on as well.I am 256 in weight and 5"9 and order 3XL.Everything is perfect.

I get such a tighter fit with the Velcro than I do with hooks. My previous waist trainer was a bust because my belly would burst through the spaces where the hooks weren’t holding me in. THIS beauty kept everything snatched and my posture right. Very adjustable and so comfortable to wear. I wish I had found this sooner!!!

If you want to be snatched as hell and have a hour glass body figure, then this waist trainer is the move. I bought this to see what all the hype was about and OMG! It has changed my life. I got a size 2x. I went up by 1 size bigger just to make sure I get a comfortable feeling, I recommended doing the same and sizing down over time. I love how cute the print is and the quality is amazing and it’s very easy to put on. This is now my main waist trainer and I’m never going back to any others!!

The best and most comfortable training waist cinches ever.!! I have tried different types over the years and was dissatisfied with them. This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. It is easy to wear with the 3 straps and shapes your body really well. I think that is great quality for the price and it is breathable like it doesn’t restrict your breathing. The only thing I would say is size down I am usually a size medium but I bought a size small and it fits exactly how I would like.

Very well made and comfortable. Love the length. Im 5'8 and it fits my torso well. However, sizing is way off. By measure Im an XXL. Ordered the XL and I wpuld have to make it as tight as possible, so no room for it to stretch. Go 2 sizes down
