I have been looking for new canisters for quite sometime. As a matter of fact, I ordered ceramic first, but they were way to small and of poor quality and returned them immediately. These canisters are not only just the size needed for flour, sugar and tea but they are well made and look really nice on the counter. Not sure what I will put in the 4th one yet. The glass top is heavy enough with the seal to stay closed well and the stainless is brushed as to not fingerprint from handling. The rim has a finished that is a little darker then the rest of the canister and gives it a real smart finished look. The thickness of the mental was quite a surprise too because it is real quality. I really recommend these canisters for looks, durability and functionality. Oh and they come with measuring cups as well.

Update: I was just scooping flour out of the largest one today when I remembered how well this canister sets have treated me over the past 5+ year. So here I am writing an update. Got these in 2018, no rust, no dents, they’re still looking great! Original Review: These are gorgeous! Each came carefully individually wrapped in bubble wrap and I was so happy unboxing them. You also get a very nice set of measuring cups with the cannisters. I didn’t use two of them inside the cannisters as they’re a bit large for scooping in the smaller ones. This may or may kot be a concern, I didn’t realize how tall the largest canister would be. My pantry shelves have a lower clearance than most and the extra height from the knob couldn’t quite make it in there, so I would recommend to measure the area you intend to have the cans in before hand. and if they don’t find vertically... while not ideal, the lids fit nice and tight and there will be no problems laying them on their sides.

I’ve had these for a few years now, they still look great but the silicone seal on two of them hasn’t held up. The seal exactly stopped working about two years after I purchased it. I wish I could get replacement seals for them. The set is easy to wipe clean, stainless stain so no smell, the lids are difficult on the largest and the smallest one because of the seals. I love the storage capacity which is hard to find at a reasonable price. I would definitely buy these again if they were available. And the measuring cups are a plus.

I was looking for something to store staples with air tight seal but more elegant and modern sophisticated design....that was also highly rated and didn't want to spend a fortune. These really fit the bill. They were even prettier in person than in the photos. I also like that they come with the coordinating "measuring" scoops. I love the contemporary/transitional design and they are very good quality. Normally, I would store these in my pantry as I don't like clutter on my new counters but these are so beautiful I decided to leave them out and show them off. I also like that the sizes in the ad were clearly marked via oz so I was careful to choose the size that best fit my needs. I mention this as many of the negative reviews were directly related to size complaints so I recommend that you double check the sizes so you buy the size you need than you will be happier with your purchase. I would definitely purchase this set again.
