Seems a bit smaller than expected. Packages very well. Arrived in excellent shape.

This Mickey Halloween village house is really well done. It's so cute and better than anything at the Disneyland parks or stores. I have other Dept 56 pieces and they always do an excellent job. This is my first for the Disney series and I love it.

The item came in demolished from the bad packaging. I am giving this product a 5 star however because I got a refund and from what I could tell the piece looked great. I think the packaging was bad because someone just started working at Amazon and didn't have proper training yet.
