I needed service and 5* for the service. Overall product is 4+ star. Colour of the prints are accurate and contrast is very good. 5 star for that. Printing from Android mobile app is perfect but high resolution sharp photos from ipad album is sometime a bit fuzzy. Still don't understand it. Internet mention the printer as 300dpi printer which should be fine. While printing the printer should be on a flat surface, connected to power with the fairly long supplied cable. Make sure the backside of the printer has no obstacle. Print will move in out and any disturbance, it will lose the alignment. Usuallythe second print onwards every print looks good. Now the problem. One of the cartridge teared. Without replacement I would have lost 40 prints. Amazon asked to contact Kodak. I submitted invoice, photo proof. Few emails back and forth with the particulars they wanted to know. They have sent the replacement cartridge. If they maintain this service quality I will be happy to buy more of their products. Besides photo I am printing passport photos for KYC and other form filling. I live outside the city. I needed a quality printer. The other things is that I should have bought the package with the case. The case is too costly if you want to buy later.

Had a defective piece which I got because it was printing some lines. Had contacted the service center replacement is on its way. So upgraded the rating. Hopefully it works fine

Don't buy this product. Worst one. I m also buy the product. On/off switch not working. Call to technical person. But not rectified. Hence replace ( not accept return) the product. But after one month the cortage stucked. Then not use the product till date. All the print paper and product waste now. .

I purchased it, After the first catridge printing 10 copies I added another catridge and after 4, copies the lamination sheet got stuck into the printer. It was not getting detached. Good thing is with the service I called Amazon customer care and The printer was replaced withing 3-4 days and the new printer worked well. It's all on luck if the cartridge gets stuck it's a problem else it works fine. But don't expect the picture quality to be excellent. It's prints a little blury but manageable. Unlike the earlier photo prints that we used to get with photo reels. Overall nice product to recall memories in album

Absolutely loved the photos that were printed, lamination quality is also good. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good photo printer , even the extra sheets are quite affordable.

Good quality print outs for the size of the printer and you can take photo prints in the comfort of your bed.. The day I am writing this review the per print cost is around Rs 30 which is not at all bad. In this age of digital media a photo printer for the memories album creation is a nice add on.

The print quality is very good. The lamination prevents from finger print. Takes about a minute to print one photo.

Decent print. Good size. value for money. Random lines on the prints occasionally but not too often. Probably due to dust. Overall happy with the purchase. Its much better to buy this than instax.
