My Everyday Choice Without Any Fuss
This has become my go-to body wash and I use it daily. It feels gentle on the skin and doesn’t leave that tight, dried-out feeling that a lot of soaps do. The texture is smooth, it rinses clean, and it doesn’t have an overpowering scent, which I really appreciate. It works well for regular use and feels comfortable even when my skin is feeling dry or irritated. I don’t feel the need to switch things up or try something new because this one has been consistently reliable for me. Overall, it’s simple, effective, and easy to stick with. When something works this well as an everyday product, there’s really no reason to change it.

Gentle and Soothing for Dry, Itchy Skin
This Curel Itch Defense Calming Cleanser is a lifesaver for dry, irritated skin. The soap-free formula is super gentle and doesn’t strip moisture, which is perfect for sensitive skin. It lathers lightly but still feels effective and soothing, especially during colder months when my skin gets extra dry. I love that it contains jojoba and olive oil for hydration, and it definitely helps calm itchiness. It’s also fragrance-free, which is great for anyone sensitive to scents. The only downside is the bottle size—I wish it came in a larger option since I use it daily. But overall, it’s an amazing body wash for anyone struggling with dry, itchy skin!

Offers some relief!
Let me start off by saying that my skin is always dry. And I mean 24/7, 365. And only recently did my skin become super sensitive as well. Almost every time I get out of the shower lately, my whole body has been dry, tight, itchy, and super uncomfortable. Hence my search for a unscented and moisturizing body wash. I tried Aveeno, St. Ives, and Ivory just to name a few. None of those did anything spectacular for me and I was still itchy and uncomfortable. I don't even remember how I came across this but I'm glad I did. My first shower with it was really good. No itching at all. Skin was still a little uncomfortable but not as much. I know it's unscented, but the "smell", "aroma", whatever you want to call it, reminded me of a hospital. Next shower, slight itching but still not nearly as bad as with other washes. Overall, I'm glad I tried it and will continue to use it because it's the best I've found so far! Hope this helps someone!

Good anti-itch body wash
I will sometimes get super itchy skin and an anti-itch body wash is always therapeutic. This one by Curel is pretty effective. In my case, it took a couple of showers to really feel the full effect, but I did get relief after the first use. Mild scent and average thickness of the wash cream.

Mixed Feelings about Curel Itch Defense Calming Liquid Soap
I've had a somewhat mixed experience with the Curel Itch Defense Calming liquid soap. On the positive side, the absence of fragrance is a definite plus. Many soaps can be overpowering, so this is a refreshing change. The product is also quite easy to use, which is a real-time-saver. No complicated instructions or lathering issues here - just a straightforward application. However, I did notice that it tends to leave a somewhat odd texture on washcloths, almost as if it doesn't rinse off completely. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. Unfortunately, despite the initial promise, I found that it didn't provide the relief I was hoping for in terms of my eczema. After using it consistently for about a month, I didn't notice a significant improvement. This was a letdown, as I was hoping for more substantial results. In summary, while the Curel Itch Defense Calming liquid soap has its merits like being fragrance-free and easy to use, the residue it leaves on washcloths and its limited effectiveness in managing eczema may be deterrents for some users. It's worth considering, but perhaps not a one-size-fits-all solution for everyone.

It really works
I have a slight allergy to cows milk so ice cream, yogurt etc. makes me break out in an itchy rash. This cleanser really works and lasts a long time.
