Dear Amazon Customer Support, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a defective product that I purchased from Amazon. Product Name: ZEBRONICS Zeb-Sound Bomb 1 TWS Earbuds (Blue) Date of Delivery: 5 February 2026 From the beginning, one side of the earbuds has not been working properly. Only one earbud is functioning, and the other side either does not produce any sound or the sound cuts off completely. I have tried switching the device off and on multiple times, but the issue still persists. I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for a replacement or refund at the earliest.

It's Almost 3 Month pased Using this Zebronics Earbuds i Will tell the Pros and Cons: It Depend on you what do you want from a Earbuds so, Pros:1.Realistic Sound and Crystal Clear Sound according to its Budget. 2.Compact Design and Doesn't look Cheap,They are for Small /Medium Ears. 3.Charging Port is Type c so i can charge it with my Phone Charger. 4 Touch Sensor are good they are Pretty Responsive. Cons:I have replaced this Earbuds 3 times because of the Connectivity Issue they get disconnected automatically then we have to again Connect them first they connect quickly after that they got disconnected then we have to connect it again by going to Bluetooth setting. 2.It will give you 2 hour 15 min Maximum Battery Backup in single Charge So if your Watching a 3 hour Movie they can't Complete the Movie with you. That it only 2 Issue with this Product If your Ok with Battery Backup because i Dont watch a 3 hours Movie i Usually use them for 1 hour 30 min so If you want it for 2 Hour Use you Can buy it.And If your also Ok with the Connectivity,they Get connected but it takes some Time we have to reconnect them again going to the Setting.This Connectivity is a Problem For me But After all they Sound Very Good(Excellent) so it then Compensated. A Very Good Product Because of it's Sound for Users Like Me.

Been using it for more than 2 years, what more value do you want? Pros: Sound 4/5.Use proper tips and it becomes a perfect in your ear provided great enc and awesome sound a bit overpowered by bass though. Bass 5/5. Use it at 100% volume and feel nirvana. Yes, it's absolutely comfortable at that sound level no punchy or disturbing sounds. Even being sensitive to sharp and loud sounds it doesn't disturb me at 100%. Caution: You won't hear anything going outside at that level, just your own song. Battery 4/5: Each buds gives about 4 hours at 100% and even after 2 years. Right bud which I use most gives about 2.5 hrs at 100% and left still gives more than 3 hrs. After two years I have to charge the case once about 2 days at continuous 5-6 hrs use daily. Comfort 5/5, Absolutely comfortable for sleeping or helmet doesn't pains the ear even after 4hrs. Built 5/5: Lasted for about 2 years without being damaged, even after several falls of the case and the buds and use in rain. Just before it's 2 years the case top broke after falling, Still works perfectly. Cons: Mic: Absolute garbage mic in public, the person on the other side would hear the traffic more than you and about decent indoors. It's upto you but even after more than 2 years of usage I gave it away in now someone else may use it for another 1 or 2 years, what more can you ask from an under 1000 earbuds?

So I bought this product on 10th September and correctly after 11 days it's not working and the company is soo damn bad..I contacted them through mail and didn't even respond to it.The return date has already expired.I m quite disappointed through this.I went to ask about the problem the shops.The problem is that the right ear bud is not working even after charging it completely and when I went to shops asking for the problem they told me that the company itself might have sent the product like that which could be used for few days and plus the ear bud's heart and soul which is the speaker,it is defected.I called on their customer service and it's saying that the number is invalid.I would request Amazon not to do any dealership with people who do these types of frauds,it's actually affecting online sites, because in shops people suggested me not to buy online electronics wherein me myself had bought lots of stuff from here and none was defective.Its actually affecting your online platforms and proving them that they are wrong.I literally paid 800 for this...whyy????I would like to ask the company..if your product isnt worth buying then please don't sell...it's money dude..they don't grow in trees people actually work really hard for it.....you guys will get lots of curse...I tried contacting you through call and mail and I didn't get any response.
