Bright, glowing, skin and a great company to support!
Wonderful Vitamin C serum. I like my products to have less ingredients (although, do note that "less" is NOT always "better). This serum is watery and you only need to use a dime amount to cover the whole face. I was putting it into one palm, pressing my palms together, then pressing it into my face. But I found a better application method is to put a dime sized amount into your palm and use a finger to apply it all around your face and then gently spread it from there. Much better coverage. First night I incorporated this into my skincare regime, my parched, dry skin looked buoyant, glowing, and felt amazingly soft. Do note that with this product I did experience a tiny bit of "burning", that goes away, and have found NO irritation. I did read somewhere that this sting is common with Vitamin C products and not to worry about it, unless of course you experience skin irritations. Directions state to wait at least 1-2 minutes until applying another product on top, to allow the serum to soak into skin. But I have also read that you should wait 15 minutes. I have tested out both and if you have the time, I would allow it to set for 10-15, but 2 minutes worked fine as well. I am young (24), but had been noticing these fine lines creeping up all over my face (most likely those "I see them but no one else does"). Now, they are relatively gone and I haven't even been using this product the required 60 days to see improvement. Also! LilyAna Naturals is one of those GEMS you can find on Amazon. A small business with AMAZING customer service. I expressed some questions about their formula (I'm pregnant and need to look into what I put on my body), and Sheryl offered to send me a bottle of their new altered formula at no charge to me. So sweet, responsive, and really looking to satisfy their customer and provide a quality product. Choose this serum above all the cheaper imitators full of fillers and fluff.

A lot of rambling about a great product
I do not take care of my skin as well as I should. I never have. I admit it. I'm inconsistent. Having crossed the 50 year milestone, and realizing that I can't rely on genetics to keep this up if I continue this way, I've decided to make a concerted effort to care for my skin and try to adapt to a routine. (My mother had amazing skin with naught a single wrinkle into her mid 70's - but she DID take good care of her skin, often shelling out alarming amounts of money for luxury products) I thought I would start simple. Make a point to wash it with routine. With a regular schedule, twice a day, morning and night. Use products with a shorter ingredient list with ingredients I could actually identify without looking up. Keep the number of steps I had to take to maintain good skin to a reasonable level. I needed something that wouldn't make adhering the this routine difficult. Because I'm lazy. And I've taken my genetics for granted and am more likely to fall out of a routine if it becomes too cumbersome. I found this. And I am proud to say that I have applied this almost everyday for a number of weeks. My skin really likes it. The skin on my face looks a little brighter. It's noticeable. I initially wanted to purchase the Retinol Cream and the Face Cream as well. (those labels, am I right?) But I wasn't willing to throw out the products I already had and knew that using better, FRESHER ingredients would shorten the life of the product, so I didn't want them just sitting waiting for me to exhaust my current creams. And while this might seem a bit off on a tangent, my point is this: my skin likes this serum so much that I am looking forward to using more of this company's products to see how well they will work with each other. This review is rambling, and apologize. I guess my point is, I have sensitive skin. I've neglected it and gotten away with it so far. I am not wow'ed by skin care products, I have never used something that was remarkable enough to say 'Hey. You should get this.' But guise? ...Hey. You should get this.

It’s ok
I’m not mad at it but it didn’t make my skin glowy or anything. I do think it is a good vitamin c as an esthetician. It’s just kinda generic.

Amazing Vitamin C Serum
I’m in love with this product! Since I’ve been using it, the appearance of my face is smoother and brighter. It makes my skin feel hydrated and silky. I’ve tried other products as well from this brand and they are life changing!

Wasn't wow-ed
I've been using the product for a month and half now, I wanted to try it for a while before formulating my feedback to see how it worked overtime. I'll preface this by saying that I have no experience with any other brand of serum, this was my first time trying a product of this type. I used this at the minimum every day and on some days twice a day. I have overall good skin: Middle aged (read: fine lines around the eyes, forehead, mouth), a few sporadic breakouts due to hormone changes as well as being chronically dry. The chronically dry and middle aged reasons being my main motivation for purchase. First the Pros: It comes in a cute little bottle. It's a pretty tiny bottle so I was worried it wasn't going to last, but even after some days of liberally slathering it on, it still has lasted. There seems to be excellent, personal customer service. They follow up with an email and while I didn't reach out, I see that others have had good experiences when they had a question or issue. The company seems very proactive, before I received the product I received instructions via email as well advising me on how to use it. It seems to be pretty much all natural (natural being a subjective term since the FDA does not actually have any regulations on that term). The Cons: After using it for about a month and half, I'd say it does do *something* for my skin but only in the way of helping extend the moisture levels of my lotion that I use after. It's very subtle though and not enough to wow me into purchasing a second bottle. Do I notice any brightening, smoothing or less wrinkles? Nope. Not even a subtle change and trust me I searched! The fine lines my mid thirties has gifted me are still there just as much as before. I have a few spots (freckle-y type things) and no change to any pigment either, not that I really expected much change there. The overall appearance of my skin appears unchanged. Maybe it's just me, or I don't really have enough issues to really benefit? Or maybe it really has to be used in conjunction with their other products, I don't know. Plenty of others have reported great results, I just am not one that found it worth the cost of continuing to keep it in my beauty routine.

Review of LilyAna Naturals eye cream, vitamin c and retinol cream from a tired Mommy
I have been meaning to write a review for the vitamin C serum, the retinol cream, and the cream for a while now but was giving it time to work ( and also finding the time to write the review). To put my review in context, I'm a very sleep deprived mommy of a 1 year old and a 3 year old in my late 30s. I've always been pretty diligent about protecting my skin from the sun so I don't have too much sun damage just some light freckles and a stubborn sunspot on my cheek left over from pregnancy I guess. I also don't get the sleep I should and my diet lately is pretty much what falls off my baby's high chair. I say this because I know that having a good diet and getting adequate sleep is very important for your skin. That being said, I was not expecting much out of these products. I was also skeptical because they are all natural and my experience has been that natural is necessarily that effective. But I needed something, Amazon was having a sale on it and the eye cream had great reviews so what the heck? I have been using the eye cream faithfully morning and night for three weeks. First impression is that it was NOT greasy, absorbs easily, and very moisturizing. Right off the bat, I figured I got my money's worth. But a few days later, I began to notice my fine lines looked a little softer and my puffiness was a little less puffy. So I decided to purchase something for the rest of my face. After reading more reviews and the company's FAQs I decided on both the vitamin c serum and the retinol cream. I have been using both every other night for two weeks. I have had no dryness, peeling , or anything that I have normally encountered with retinol products. The serum goes on and spreads easily. The retinol is a little thicker and surprisingly moisturizing. Not as moisturizing as the eye cream, but more than other retinol products. I don't need to put on another moisturizer. Sometimes I wonder if it's working because it truly is not irritating to my skin. It's only been two weeks but I do notice my skin's texture is smoother and when I put on my make up, my skin looks more luminous than it did before. Still have that little bit of sun damage but it's only been two weeks. I've been debating if I should increase the frequency and do the serum and retinol every night. Or maybe just go ahead and purchase the moisturizer for the off nights. Regardless, I'm encouraged enough to continue using the products. My opinion of natural products has definitely changed. Like I said before, I wasn't expecting much but I like that I have found a regime that is affordable and is showing results. I don't expect to look like I'm 18 again but being the best version of a nearly 38year old tired mommy of 2 in this crazy chaotic but beautiful time of my life works for me- if LilyAna naturals can continue to make that happen, I'm going to stick with them!

This stuff saved my face.
I am 33, had a baby right before I turned 31, prior to that I had cystic type acne all my life that I never grew out of, then got acne in places I never had it before when I was pregnant, and let's face it: growing a baby does stuff to your body, some stuff you never come back from, and I stayed pretty hormonally imbalanced for a long time. I'm very fair skinned, and every pimple (popped or unpopped) left a lasting pink scar on my face, requiring concealer months long after it's official departure. A reminder of the pimple that had been/had almost been that needed to be hidden as more approached. I'd used the classic proactiv with the best results for years and years, and went right back to that with the same results of "it's not 100%, but it's better than everything else." And on top of it, I have always had an incredibly oily face and scalp. My mother first suggested something with hyaluronic acid, and that was becoming increasingly popular while I was pregnant and was not supposed to use it, so I didn't give it another thought. But with my boy about to be turning 2, and my skin still so confused, I figured I'd give it a shot. I read outstanding reviews of this stuff, and figured I'd give it a shot. I got the serum, and the hyaluronic acid moisturizer, and got the regular face cream and eye cream in case my skin got dry. I just read a bunch of people talking about how the first week or two you use it, it can cause dryness and some peeling, so I figured I should have some of the basic stuff, too. I don't know if it's just that my skin was used to the harshness of benzoyl peroxide on the regular, or that I'm SO greasy, but I didn't experience any of the dryness, redness, or irritation that a lot of people report the first couple weeks. And I really went balls to the wall with this, and cut the proactiv out completely. Scary prospect for me. But no joke, just using the serum and the hyaluronic acid moisturizer every day, within a few days my skin calmed down a massive amount. The moisturizer is a little on the heavy side (although I used it pretty liberally) and is a little heavy for use under makeup if you're heavy handed like me, but I'd still put some on, let it soak in awhile, and just wipe my face down real quick with a cleansing cloth, and it was all good. By the end of the first week, I'd had no new pimples, and noticed dramatic lightening in the marks from old pimples, along with a generally more even skin tone, and my face felt smoother, softer, calmer, and looked it, too. I have not turned back. The best part is that my skin is also not as greasy as it was before, and I have FINALLY found a moisturizer that doesn't make me break out worse. And my skin just soaks up that serum, and that stuff is AMAZING.
